Its quite wasteful for me if I tak cerita about my experience being freelancer or doing part time job while completing my research in UPM. Soooo manyyy jobssss yg available nowadays, it just either you like it or willing to do it or rajin ke tak jee. But as for me, I have been searching and trying so many kind of job that suits with my taste since I quite brave and curious in everything. It was quite hard at first since I spent literally almost 4 years in Sabah plus Im not used to KL/Selangor route yet. But don’t worry, times will teach u slowly…
If u ada kereta, tahniah & Alhamdulillah!
Or any transport pun or willingness inshaalah you boleh cari duit & pengalaman. But after all, please remember to always be kind & pray to Allah. Try solat awal waktu, jangan tinggal baca al-quran, dhuha & never stop pray!
As freelancer, kau akan nampak life sepenuhnya bergantung kepada rezeki & usaha, bukan lah pendidikan semata. I learnt to be patient & redha with everything easier while being freelancing.
1. Grab/Uber/Cab

Grab nie sangat menyeluruh. I really love my job as student cab before! I amek perempuan je as passenger to make me feel safer. Ive been doing uber before, but I tak bole tahan bila fon mati and I am stranded somewhere weird sbb I taktau jalan. So better buat prebet sapu, find your own customer okay! Grab food/grab documents/grab banyak laa. Try je ok.

Okay. Ninjavan nie boleh pergi je mana-mana office/gudang dia, Tanya je ade bole tak nak jadi driver. I love ths job at first, but, as time goes by, I dpt byk barang pastu fon I mati then I tak dapat nak hantar brg tu due to time, so I need to return all items back to gudang. I feel sad & low self esteem bila tengok barang utk hari tu tak habis dihantar *which means akan menyusahkan driver besoknya utk hantar* Thus, I stop and quit for now.

Okay, before I start buat grab, I start dgn sewakan kereta dulu sbb I taktahu jalan sangat. During my busy time buat research, ths quite helfpful sbb u literally rent ur car to someone then claimed it when allocated time finish with your money. Cuma cari customer yg okay la, by means, during my time, student je yg selalu sewa utk buat assignment. Dorang return exactly to me back and my research during that day done. Mutual benefit kannn gituuuu

Sebenarnya sangat senang if taktahu mana nak mula. Just pergi mana-mana pusat tuisyen & apply utk jadi cikgu, if not you can contact or google anyone yg buat or else if nak lagi untung. Market yourself! Buat ads and let the area knows yg u can teach and nnt parent akan contact directly. Some of my friends buat mcm nie & their monthly payment reach almost 3k per month! Ada kawan yg ajar kanak-kanak yg umur 5 tahun just for the sake of nk anak tu occupied dgn benda yg bagus. Oh, many rich people with no times nowadays, just help them out!

5. Crew Hotel
Ths job I baru discover few years back when I scrolling Twitter. Paling best jugak sebab u akan dapat payment on the spot after habis kerja. I worked previously at Grand Hyatt Hotel and payment was around RM8-RM 10/hour. Selalu u need to work at least 10-12 hours depending on staff & schedule. Its quite tiring but worth it sebab dapat duit instant then makan free yg sedap which is hotel kannn *wink* Not all hotels provided ths service though, u need to find it. Once da masuk bidang nie, there will be always somebody akan mintak u kerja dgn dia kat hotel lain XD

6. Online Business
This isn’t something new. Just jadi je dropshipper kalau u malas nak marketing *mcm i* I am dropshipper for some excellent books from some publisher & my job hanya entertain ws je. I got RM 50-RM300 per month just by replying ws. Alaaa banyak je, open your own carrousel account & start sell anything. Banyakklahh. We are currently living in the environment where internet is a must. So many platform available, u just need to utilize it very well aje!
7. Documentation/Translating
Alhamdulillah. I did few jobs on translating as well as buat soalan for primary students before. I cant remember how did I got it since I rajin sangat cari plus rezeki jugak kot. But if u ada kawan dgn cikgu, cikgu banyak mtk buat kerja nie sebab mereka busy tak sempat kadang-kadang nak siapkan semua kerja within time frame, so, dari situuulaahh kita membantu XD
8. Jual Barang
I am so lucky sbb I suka save number customer student cab ramai-ramai dalam contact list sampai 2k! By the time whatsaap wujudkan story tu, I found it really helpful as marketing platform. LOL. Starting from that, I can easily spread any news as well as anything to my contact list.
Previously, I jual some few rare & nice items from Thailand. Overwhelming request. Paling senang in facebook, sebab once orang share your post to any group, practically kerja u hanya amek order je. I remember one time I need to delete the post yg I buat pasal jual air plant sebab ramai gila yg order & I terus pening kepala nak settle order. LOL.

Then I try jual makanan yg I suka iaitu tahu bergedil sbb I find it quite hard jugak nak dapat and Alhamdulillah dapat untung juga. But ingat, once masuk dlm bisnes, niat utk bsedekah kena ada sekali utk pahala bterusan okay.

9. Craft/hobbies
Do u know felt? Do u know how to sew? Back then I love sewing sbb anak tukang jahit la katakann. Try buat craft melalui felt, kain yg bole dapat kat daiso or diy murahmurah tu, then jahit dia menjadi bantal or anything. I used to make keychain out of it! I made domokun keychain! Pastu bantal yang bole tulis nama, teens gila suka bendalah tu especially couple yg suka buat tulisan nama gf vs bf tu lol
10. Personal Shopper
If u love to travel (within country) ada banyakkkk sangat makanan yg viral meletops letops sekarang nie. Sebagai freelancer, apa kelebihan kita? MASA!
Sometimes mereka yg kerja tetap nie sangat busyy tapi duit ada tapi masa takda, thus, end up selalu someone yg belikan is better. I pernah jd personal shopper utk IKEA, Kari Kambing 40 hari (sbb lalu dri uma kawan), Klebang Coconut Shake, Keria Antarabangsa etc etc etc Advertise everything. Utilize social media well okay !!!!

11. Promoter!
Okay. Kerja nie paling banyakkkkk sekali yg I jumpa. Baik promoter during weekend kt any malls dgn bayaran RM 80-120/day baik promoter kt kedai makan, giant, tesco, alaa pergi je mall mana-mana mesti ada punye. I hampir nak masuk black canyon dulu sbb rate dia agak tggi bbanding kfc/mcd which around RM 7 pastu if overtime, rate boleh cecah RM11/jam which I find it very expensive! Tp lau nak masuk bidang f&b kena pastikan ada suntikan thypoid oke. If xnk, u can always work at aeon, parkson or brands outlet or any other clothing outlet. I don’t prefer this kind of job sbb I buat research pastu masa I tak menentu, pastu if kerja mcm nie every weekend u confirm kena kerja so I xnk! Weekend are meant for familyyy. Gittuuuu.
After all, semuanya pengalaman berharga utk seorang nadia. Memang tak kaya la buat semua kerja nie tp at least, I got to expand my circle & knowledge! Pastu seorang nadia tak susahkan ayah malah boleh la bg singgit dua kt ayah. Inshalllah.
