UPM Postgraduate Submission

Greetings there!

I thought in creating another brief method on how to submit thesis in UPM but once I google it, I found many links that were well prepared by Graduate Schools of UPM about the process. Unlike when googling about the method done in KU, maybe because most of it were in Thai language.So, briefly just go here for submission for viva & here for submission after viva. Its not that hard compare to KU T.T so, be grateful & good luck!

Regulation	Remarks	Documents
1.    Registration	Complete registration & committee nomination within 3 semester.	Check SGS portal Nominate SV from KU to UPM -          Provide Justification Letter
2.    Progress Report	Submit progress report & discussion made with committee/seminar every semester	GS-11 approval signature by all committee needed
3.    Notice for Submission Thesis	Depending on faculty, submit surat pengecualian kredit 9 jam	Surat Pengecualian Kredit 9 Jam melalui dekan fakulti
4.    GS14a	Link for GS14a will be available once SGS approve the exception of credit letter GS-14b àSV will nominate examiners & please confirm ths process completed within 3 months waiting to generate GS15a	GS14a o    Fill up details o    Committee signature o    Bursar o    Faculty Approval o    Table of Contents of Study o    Abstract
5.    GS15a	Thesis Submission for Examination (Ensure all contents following format as mentioned by SGS!)	Master à3 soft bound thesis + 3 turnitin hard copy + 1 CD for thesis + 1 turnitin CD PhD à 4 soft bound thesis + 4 turnitin hard copy + 1 CD for thesis + 1 turnitin CD Completed GS15a form! Approval from all committee & faculty
6.    Viva Voce (At least 1 month after submitting thesis, SGS will notify at least 2 weeks before the date)	Just prepare slides presentation & bring 1 copy of full thesis for checking correction needed	Just listen & note all corrections needed to do
7.    GS-16a	After passed viva & complete all thesis correction	GS16a o    Approval by committee & faculty o    Bursar/Bendahari UPM o    Library       List of correction made       1 Soft bound of thesis following new UPM format (latest book kinda format of thesis – just go to May Chin -,-)       New turnitin reports       1 copy of thesis abstract       Publication form       Particulars for Graduation form GS17
8.    GS 17	Graduation form	Sorry for now, I tak sure for this! Just ask SGS or checkout SGS websitee okayyyyy

Publication requirement in UPM. Jangan lupa submit & publish at least one paper to avoid further delay on graduation process later.

Make use of google search engine and search everything in english because UPM used english language not malay although Bahasa Malaysia is our national language. After all, we are university students & english is our common used language !

p/s: I am not sure why ada some font yg kecik gila & ada yg normal, I tried to change everything by creating another new post semua tp cm tak jadi. So, silalah beri fokus yg tggi waktu membaca ya sbb tak dapat besarkan font. muahahah sorry XD
